The Secret to Wealth Online

Success is highly dependent on the individual behind the business. Granted there is enough information available on the internet to make your head explode, but being able to identify the correct business opportunity can lead you to a massive wealth building nest egg.

Last summer I decided that if I wanted to change my financial situation, I had to first change what I was doing. Many people dream of making an extra income online, but very few actually do it simply because it takes time and effort. I am living proof that anyone can do this if you have a strong desire to succeed. To make a long story short, I did some research online and found a company called, “Mazu Publishing.” The company has been reviewing home based business opportunities for 10 years and provided some very good information on home based businesses. I’ve taken the information from various companies and applied it online which lead to a massive explosion of my income.

Initially, during my research online, I found many companies with the same shallow promises claiming to make me a millionaire in a few months time or even a year. I am a firm believer that online businesses work, but it’s just wrong to make false claims unless you have a large sum of money to invest and can double your money every month, you will not be a millionaire in 1 year. Each of these companies had their own unique costs and different business opportunities. I decided to go with the most reputable company that was affordable at the time and one that fit my needs.

Many people ask how do you know exactly what type business opportunity to get involved with if there are so many choices? The first thing I look for in any company is how long they have been around for. New companies come and go everyday, but a company that has been around for a few years provides some credibility.

The second most import aspect when looking for the right opportunity is being able to identify a product or service that people need. In some cases it’s a task that you can perform online such as trading or perhaps an investment that offers a 10% return on your money per month. My recommendation is to choose the opportunity that best suits your needs. If you feel up to networking and talking with other people, then perhaps a company with a great product to show other people is what you are looking for. If you do not wish to talk to anyone or sell anything, then perhaps you are looking for a passive opportunity where all the work is done for you.

When you find an internet business that looks good, make sure to find out how long the company has been around for. Find a business that is suitable for you and not for someone else. What you feel is a great business, may not be for the next person. One thing successful people have in common and that they are confident and decisive. If you feel the opportunity is right and you know you can make it work, than your chances are it will succeed.

You Using Audio and Video - Hottest Website Trends for 2006?

Posted in Better Marketing on May 18th, 2008

Numerous marketers have proclaimed that the hottest trend on the internet for 2006 is audio and video on websites. Forrester Research and AccuStream IMedia Research, ABC News, InternetNews.com, Entreprenaur.com and many more have published articles on how big it will be and that it is one of top Trends for 2006. So what is being said and what do you need to know about streaming audio and video to get it on your website?

A Few Things To Consider

The first determining factor in the above question is what are you going to do with it and how much video and audio streaming will you do on your site? The benefits are numerous and outweigh any objections about not doing it. Whether you are promoting your website, selling a product, promoting for others, using it to service your business or employee communications, or training or educating others it’s valuable.

Your budget costs will also determine what you need to learn about it. Do you need a quick training to put up a few short videos or do you need a more intense training to be able to do it all yourself (or your business to do it all themselves) for use with large audiences and multiple video/audio streams? Obtaining University/College credits and degrees is not cheap, and by no means fast. Likewise, some of the best books out there are already outdated as this industry moves so fast. So find experts currently using audio/video, and utilize seminars and teleseminars to learn it quickly.

What Are Your Options?

The first option is learn it quickly and cheaply and just start with audio. Start with some free mini-classes or a short 2-3 hour training session where you’ve learned enough to get audio up on your site. It’s best to learn how to do it, instead of paying monthly fees for audio software, or letting someone else do it for you, as there are plenty of downloadable software programs out there with the highest quality available. Many think it’s too complicated to learn to stream audio, but to the contrary. Everyone can learn to use audio on a website.

For those doing lots of video and audio you’ll want a more intense training to learn all of the aspects of production. Whether you decide to do it all yourself or outsource various aspects of a video production, the more you know the better off you are. You will need a broad background in audio/video streaming. You’ll want to work with someone already streaming and learn from them, then you’ll truly have very valuable information.
