Chicken Recipe for Tailgating Parties

There’s nothing more exciting than gathering with friends and family for a big game at the stadium. Do it up right with a proper tailgate party in the parking lot! Finding easy tailgate recipes can be a challenge as the bulk of preparation must occur at home but you want the food you’ve prepared to serve well upon arrival. Here are a few recipe ideas sure to please everyone.

Chicken Wings with Spiced Dipping Sauce:
4 lb chicken wings, or 24-30 wings
Marinade
1 cup of apple cider
2 tbs white wine vinegar
2 tbs olive oil
2 tbs Worcestershire sauce
2 tbs hot chili powder
1.5 tsp red pepper flakes
2 tsp Tabasco sauce
pinch of salt
pepper to taste
Hellman’s Spiced Dipping Sauce
3/4 Cup Hellman’s or Best Food’s Real Mayonnaise
1 tsp lime juice
1 chipped garlic clove
1 tsp paprika
pinch ground cumin
Combine all the marinade ingredients together and mix it well in a large bowl. In an extra large Ziploc baggie, place the raw chicken wings and add the marinade. Coat all the chicken wings within the bag and let it marinate in the fridge for 4 hours or overnight.
In a small bowl, mix the Hellman’s mayonnaise with the rest of the dipping sauce ingredients and keep it refrigerated until the wings are grilled and ready to serve.
